Your concerns may be specific—a challenging relationship, sexual issues, upsetting memories, or problem behaviors. Or your struggles may feel less tangible: feeling lost, detached, or stuck.

In our practice, we offer individual, couples and sex therapy for a range of concerns.

We specialize in treating sexual dysfunctions, trauma, relationship concerns, and problem behaviors. We also provide gender & sexual identity affirming care.  We endeavor to help individuals feel a greater sense of self-efficacy, confidence, and clarity — inside their relationships and out.

Therapy with us is experiential, active, and centers the client as an expert on their life. We utilize empirically-based therapies, including trauma-focused, attachment-based, mindfulness, and somatic approaches.

What we offer

Relationship Therapy

We provide relationship therapy (a.k.a. "couples therapy") to address a range of difficulties with communication, intimacy, and trust.

Whether you're experiencing issues around emotional connection, unproductive fighting, sexual functioning, finances, parenting, or infidelity, we offer a safe and confidential space for both partners to engage the challenges that so many of us experience in the course of our relationships.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is much like other forms of talk therapy. Often clients wish to address a physiological issue (eg. erectile dysfunction or low desire). As  therapists, we will be looking to understand and treat the issue holistically: integrating relational and psychological aspects. Sex therapy may be in an individual or couples format.

Additionally, we may collaborate with sexual medicine practitioners (eg. pelvic physical therapists, urologists, gynecologists, etc.) to understand and address how the physical/medical issues contribute to the overall situation.

Individual Therapy

In addition to sex and relationship therapy, we see clients for general psychotherapy.

Treatments include a multi-disciplinary approach, and incorporate various theoretical methods tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

The smallest indivisible human unit is two people, not one; one is a fiction. From such nets of souls societies, the social world, human life springs. And also plays.
